I did have a little trouble though. I use Eudora as an email program and I have the "Microsoft viewer" turned off by default so that active content is less likely to give my system a virus. And my DirecWay.com service provide does not allow active content, it is filtered out before the email even reaches me.

Once I enabled the "Microsoft viewer" option in Eudora I could see the password. Before that I could just see the images and some text. I would strongly recomend that the intro letters, with passwords be sent as plain text messages.
