the avfpdemo3_dotnetproxy is the dll needed to run that vfp mtdll with ASP.NET. Does it still exist? When you use WebAppBuilder for a new web project, it will create a dotnetproxy dll automatically if your environment has the .Net framework/sdk or vs.net
