You might try going into the registry of the problem machine HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,SOFTWARE

Find the name that the application is installed under, follow the tree down until you find the "Paths" entry and make sure the paths are specified correctly. The message manager class will reference AppReg02.dbf (that is where all localisation and language keys are held) and if it is having problems finding AppReg02, that will definately not help.

I tried removing the menu item from my menu but then I discovered any new items added to the menu on my laptop will not load and I get the error "class definition cmmessagevalue is not found". But the original menu items work? Even if I add the menu items on my desktop they won't work on my laptop. ???? Any ideas??? TIA.
