Check to make sure that the vistual directory is configured as an application (IIs Manager -> Websites -> Right Click on the virtual directory for your app, make sure that application name is not empty). Click on the Configuration button, go to the debussing tab and check the top-most checkboxes and send detailed asp message to client. Click OK
