For the little that I know about .NET, it seems to me that VB is more similar to the VFP approach than C#. I think that if one comes from VFP and have little experience in C and C++, you'd better go with VB.

>I'm don't agree. I've met with both the VB and C# teams at MS. VB is all about RAD and the team is very open to hearing from the community and making improvements based on feedback. C# is for the language purist and the team is not so open to community input.
