Yep, that's essentially what we're about to do. Create a file FOXFAIL.BAD. In the program, last statement, DELETE FILE FOXFAIL.BAD. Then the batch file (and AUTOEXEC.BAT) can resolve the truth. We were hoping for something else, but this FAIL file method, and its autoexec.bat feature, seems best. Again, Thank you.
