I really don't feel much like arguing eitherI'm perfectly willing to argue the points I actually made.
I always thought the "challenge" was silly and myopicI thought Rod wanted a dispassionate comparison. My point was that the selected task bypassed VFP's defining benefit. Why would you do that? I also commented on the local data exclusion, asking whether we've gotten caught up in our own FUD about local datasets when millions of successful businesses entrust their accounts to proprietary file storage. I'm perfectly happy to discuss these on-topic points.
