The email is all I know. I presume it's always like that. Trouble is the user is a computer-illiterate bus operator and asking him to check on stuff is not practical (nor can we spare someone to go out and check his set-up). Thanks. That's the 2nd/3rd time that XP SP2 has been suspected.
