If you installed only SQL Express, you don't have any tools to do what you want. See http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=82AFBD59-57A4-455E-A2D6-1D4C98D40F6E&displaylang=en for a CTP version of a tool.

If you installed another version, you should find "SQL Server Manageent Studio" in your menus.
