I have filled for my immigration papers to Canada and as things going well i possibly would recieve my Canadian VISA by latest of December 2006 and Max by March 2007. I have opted for Toronto.

I expertise in VFP and Oracle (even as DBA)

Would need to know the job availability and the procedures to proccure them?
Any placement agency or any database to direct approach?
What is the market of these technologies there?
How long guesstation period i should take in hand beore dropping in here?
Any possibilities of getting hiered and speeding the immigration procedures or get started as soon as i land?

I know this is something very personal but any eofforts in answering these big question will highly be appreciated
