I sm still not getting it. I have a copy of the article, createed icons with both the 16 x 16 and 32 x 32 size, and I only see fox heads in Explorer. (Detail view.)

Now what makes this most annoying, is the present application i am working on is modular. (I.e. each module, different exe, different icon.)

Needless to say if user does full install (all modules.) having all of the icons in the program look like foxes is not only dumb but exptremely confusing.

I am wondering if my problem could be this.

When I originally created the application, I did not realize about the two icon sizes. This is what got me going to the MS KB in the first place.

I went in and editted the icons and rebuilt the apps, hoping this would correct the problem, but it didn't. I still see foxheads all of the time.
Is there something I need to do to clear out the old icon and build in the new ones?

I am confused, I hope I am making sense to someone out there.
