I give the Broncos credit. They beat the Patriots, which I didn't think they would. Talk about a game changing play -- Champ Bailey intercepting a pass that would have put the Pats ahead and taking it 100 yards the other way. He ... could ... go ... all ... the ... way. He didn't, but the Broncos punched it in from the 1 on the next down. One play, one misthrown pass by a master. That shows you how hard it is to win one Super Bowl, much less three in a row. There will always be pebbles in your path.

Da Bears, I don't really want to talk about it. Everyone else here is. I had a bad feeling about this game so I'm not shocked or bitching. I just didn't think they would lose because the defense couldn't stop anything. The D was their core all year long. Oh, well. When your defensive secondary gets toasted on three touchdown passes -- I wasn't near the place! -- and you have offensive issues, c'est la vie. Let it go, let it go, let it go. Da Bears gave us a better season than any of us had any reasonable hope to expect last summer. Thanks, guys.
