Hi,

Has anyone experienced a "Not enough memory for file map" when rebuilding indexes in VFP6.0?

I'm working on an application written in Visual Promatrix 6.0b and sometimes users are reporting a "Not enough memory for file map" error when performing a reindex on a large table (4millions records and 1.5gb).

I've read about using SYS(1104) and SYS(3050) and was wondering if anyone has used either of these to solve the problem.

I sometimes also see the error when running a FoxFire! report against a large dataset.

Thanks,
Gavin.
