In fact I think problem is when SQLEXEC executes next times because it does not
recognize value as duplicate. In fact ORACLE gets empty value and as such don't
exists in table it tries to write record but than before insert trigger fails
because field is PK and not NULL.
I can resolve problem finding duplicates in BI trigger, but I would like prevoious
situation to be solved too.
