That's amazingly cheap for my area Gene...
here in central PA I feel fortuante when I need to find consultant to ship off PC database work (Be it Fox or whatever), typically rates start at $50 and go up to $125 per hour for FoxPro work, and if you throw in the "C" word for conversion, you can pretty much count on a minimum of $80 per hour.
