Exactly what I am telling those SA/ITs. Because as soon as they log in as administrators, no problem. They keep sending me some screen shots indicating that the application has Full rights. But, from what I see, the rights to the application is different from the rights to the folders. I am sure it is something they are missing (it is never my fault <g>).
