I know you said that this was against your rules in another message, but the only way I know to achieve this is to change your settings in the Referential Integrity Builder for your database. You can set the RI to either ignore the fact that there are children & delete anyways, delete the children WITH the master, or leave the behavior as it currently is, prohibiting the deletion of the master while children exist. Without modifying your data's referential integrity setup, I don't believe you can achieve what you are looking for.
