What is the path to the user's tmpfiles, sortwork, editwork, etc? Where are all temporary files stored? Can the user see the foxuser table and the temporary files and can he write to that directory as well?
I have something similar to:
EDITWORK=C:\FOXPRO\nctest\TMP\
PROGWORK=C:\FOXPRO\nctest\TMP\
SORTWORK=C:\FOXPRO\nctest\TMP\
RESOURCE=C:\FOXPRO\nctest\FOXUSER.DBF
TMPFILES=C:\FOXPRO\nctest\TMP\

>The user logged to the PC under the name "MyTest" can create a text file from Windows Explorer. Yet, this user, when using my application cannot open any .DBF table with error 1705. Therefore, my question, what else effects user's privilege to open a table, beside the Permissions setting?
