Uhmmm, the best way would be to also look for the receiving SMTP server (should be at the top, close to the ips) and then you can send a complain to the abuse address at that domain (i.e. abuse@domain.com - just use the last two parts of the domain).

Or, block it by using Outlook filters. Do your self a favor and send yourself an email and then look at the options once you receive it, just to make sure they are not coming from your network.
