The KL Group ( http://www.klg.com or 1-800-709-2947 ) has recently introduced a line of 2D and 3D graphing components for Windows, and they come as OCXs and DLLs (both 32 and 16 bit). The tools can be used in virtually any development environment supporting OCXs (they specifically list VB, VC++ and Delphi, but I've seen VFP applications and they are VERY impressive.)

The complete package, including 2D and 3D OCXs and DLLs, demos, examples, online and printed documentation lists for $299, with an introductory price of $249.
