>i agree that the comparison is over the top but then in this media age you have to really go over the top to get your message noticed sometimes especially in what appears to be a republican controlled media. from one point of view if you take GB as the plantation owner then he pretty much does what he wants regardless of the legal side of things which is what plantation owners used to do, so there are some grounds for comparison.

Republican-controlled media? I would beg to differ:
http://www.polisci.ucla.edu/faculty/groseclose/Media.Bias.8.htmOur results show a strong liberal bias. All of the news outlets except Fox News’ Special Report and the Washington Times received a score to the left of the average member of Congress. And a few outlets, including the New York Times and CBS Evening News, were closer to the average Democrat in Congress than the center. These findings refer strictly to the news stories of the outlets. That is, we omitted editorials, book reviews, and letters to the editor from our sample. Hillary Clinton has no need to make such inflamatory statements to get noticed. It was irresponsible and baseless.
