Ok, a little bit more playing with forms revealed that the problem exists for UNBOUND textboxes only. If they bound, then numeric textboxes and amount textboxes do not lose digits on Enter. But for unbound textboxes all forms show this behavior. Anyone can reproduce the problem? For me it looks like a bug.
