Symantec has confirmed today in a response email sent to Level Extreme that it may release a patch in the near future to respond to a serious issue which is affecting many Level Extreme customers in regards to its line of services such as the Universal Thread, the Level Extreme .NET Magazine and the Universal Thread Magazine. Started to be reported last week, many customers sent emails for troubleshooting in regards to the access of several of our sites or to its functionalities.
