>>An offline view is a set of data taken from a table in a database that can be resynchronized later. Are you familiar with the concept of views?

I've got data from about 70 state agencies in about 30 tables and at least that many local views (for my forms and reports). I need to separate each agencies info from these 30 tables, combine their data with the user interface to allow them to update their info, then return their updated info to me. Once I get all 70 agencies data back, I've got to put it all back together to create a master 'directory' of information.

YES.....if you have the Fox Online Docs installed, read into the CREATEOFFLINE and related functions...it'll become very apparent to you....think about it and post any specific questions you have...I'll be glad to answer them ;-)
