SELECT crsVFPCursor

** 1.Using AFields
    AFIELDS(laFlds)
    CREATE TABLE MyVfpTable FROM ARRAY laFlds

** 2. Just copy
   COPY crsVFPCursor TO MyVfpTable && See HELP for details
