Make sure you use "Whole Page", not "Printable Page" and that should take care of the issue of alighment left and right.

For the issue of some items not printing in exactly the same spot .. double-check to make sure you are using a font that is installed on both machines. If you use a font that doesn't exist, a "next best match" will be used and it might not line up exactly.
