Has anyone ever come across a font for musical notation? Things like the flat sign, a treble clef sign, that 'repeat this measure the same as the last' symbol that you often see in percussion music.

If not... any recommendations on cheap/free .ttf font building tools? I have messed around w/ a few in the past that were just 'n'-day trial versions, and most of them were not very easy to use. A few were sweet though. This project is totally personal, just for fun, not professional so I don't plan on dropping more than a modest 'shareware' type fee on anything.
