I am trying to decide between developing an Rich Internet Application using something like OpenLaszlo, Nexaweb or Flex and a .Net Smart Client that could be deployed from a URL.

I have tried a number of demos for OpenLaszlo, Nexaweb etc. but I have not yet seen a .Net WinForms application that could be deployed by simply clicking on a URL. I want to know if anyone has done this and what the pros and cons are in this approach. Having a rich client that could be accessed from anywhere using a browser would be very nice but I have no experience about what happens in real life. So I would appreciate comments from anyone having done this.

My idea is that I would like to develop several applications to be hosted on my server but I need more than a traditional web application.
