I think the next time someone asks the type of question that started this treed I'll just send them a direct E-Mail and skip the shrimp<g>.

As I mentioned I'm not a management type so thankfully I don't have to make these kinds of descisions for a company. I do think that If I ran a mid sized company with 12 or so developers that depended on my descisions I would consider starting to develop other skill sets. If for no other reason than interop ability. In all honesty I hope that VFP sticks around. I've used it from DOS to today.
