Title:
Unexpected behavior in Query
Environment versions

Windows 2003 Server
Hi all,
Hoping someone can explain the unexpected behavior of a query a co-worker has brought to my attention.
A SQL query was run and the resulting output was "browse" along with the source table. A record in the source table was located and its matching record in the query was also located.
The user then made a change to a field in the source data and after clicking on the Query window noticed that the change was reflected in the query as well.
Can someone explain how / why this would happen.
For the record the SQL statement that produces the query table:
select * from report where netcode=='5044'
Changing the value of a field in Report and then clicking on the query browse window shows that the change takes place in the query as well.
I cannot replicate this behavior on any other machine within the group.
