>I've just released a new exe to my users that has a few tables encrypted with Xitech Cryptor 5. Before doing so, I tested it under both WinXP and Win2000 and found that it sometimes hung on the Win2000 boxes, throwing an error 43 "not enough memory to complete this operation". This happened when the application was doing a GETDIR(), and somewhere around here I remember seeing a thread that convinced me it was an issue with Win2000 and MTDLLs - some kind of memory leak that happened when the Windows directory picker got used.

But one user just reported seeing the same error under WinXP. Since there are at least two other users out there in the real world who are running without problems, I'm just a bit confused. I've emailed Xitech support, but I'm not sure how quick they are to respond.
Just a general troubleshooting idea - temporarily disable any antivirus on local workstation and server and try again.
