I've seen shops where they asked you about OOP/OOAD but their apps have yet to be upgraded from spaghetti stuff. I remember seeing asp pages that had over 3000 (three thousand) lines. There were no procedures defined in these particular pages.

So it would be fair to see their code too when interviewing.
