Actually the rows at both design and run time are staying the same! Nor are the captions dynamic atleast I do not change them. I have scanned the whole project to see if I am modifying the height, but that does not seem to be the case. I guess, like you, I will have to check for the pgf.height the form.height and resize the pgf.
