Yikes, I had to put the following code in the Form.Refresh()

THIS.pgf.HEIGHT = THIS.HEIGHT - THIS.pgf.TOP - 23

Any better option? I have tried Form.init(), form.load() and form.acvtivate() but the thing stretches again and again.

Please advise.
