I created a new Codemine project and I compiled. I also created and EXE. I ran the EXE and I get the following error.

Error instantiating class. Can not find frminstalldialog in cmapp.vcx .

First I don't believe that dialog is found in cmapp. ??? TIA.

Second I ran a previous created project and EXE and it no longer had the normal CodeMine toolbar associated with it. So I choose File-View Toolbars- and I get the following error.

Error instantiating class. Can not find frmviewtoolbarscustom in cmapp.vcx .

I believe that form is found in Capp. Are these two related? I have other projects and EXE that run fine and have the toolbar associated with it and if I select File-View Toolbars it works fine? ??? TIA.
