I started seeing the same screen lock behavior starting with 5.0. I stopped using the feature because of the problem. Another problem is that the wizard uses the full path to the executable on the developer computer, not the client computer. If the executable is in the app path and the user installs the app in a nondefault path, the exe file will not be found. The %s macro is not accepted by the dialog either.
