The series of novels that were recently published that basically deal with the rapture climax in an extremely violent ending. Most of the blood is spilled by those stuck down by jesus for being non-believers (I believe this was how it was worded).

I don't know what percentage of those believing follow the guy who wrote the book. But I know the book was wildly popular. That many do follow him and his believes. And his believes call for a violent ending.
