No, I don't. "Pro-xxxx" implies that you've actively chosen to support whatever it is. "Biased towards xxxx" might mean the same thing, but equally might mean an unthinking, automatic choice. That is, to me, "pro" indicates a decision process while "biased" indicates an automatic choice.
