I'm not familiar with DTS.Package2 but in addition to Sergey's questions, are you using freetables or vfp tables in a dbc. I think that would make a difference as well. Suggest going to Enterprise manager, right clicking the database you a using, select import data from all tasks and try the wizard. The VFP 9 OLEDB provider seems to work best.
