Is it possible, in code, to remove DBC Relations?
And...
Is it possible, in code, to create DBC Relations?

I have a reindex program I want to add to my app.
My approach is to delete all TAGs and recreate the indexes from scratch...
but to do that I need to remove the relations first, and when done recreatee them.
