Tracking software? What are you talking about? I think you totally misunderstood. I hope that didn't sound rude, reading it later I realize it might. Sorry if it did. Our users are only being tracked as far as the number of users in our application and the license and version numbers of our software. In other words, it would tell us their agency number and that they have version 9.10 with a build date of 12/01/2005 and would contain a list of all users and identifying hardware information (to ensure it is not just multiple users on the same workstation at different times of the day). We actually do create an xml document that contains system information that can be uploaded to us but that is only done when the user experiences problems and we need it for troubleshooting purposes. Also, that file is only uploaded when the user initiates it.
