>>>Conversely you can live an abominable life, full of booze, parties and mayhem. Do whatever you like. Then repent in your deathbed and all sins are forgiven. Welcome to the eternal bliss in Heaven. How come anybody can't see that?

>>If your repentence is true and sincere - yes - you're right. But that's a dangerous risk to take. Who's to say you'll even have a 'death bed.'

>>>That is BTW the explanation for slavery, genocide, debauchery, etc. These guys make it easy. Hmm. maybe we should all convert.

>You just said it yourself in the sentence above. If it is true and sincere then it works. Seems like an easy deal then.
>OTOH if you are virtuous, a good samaritan, and only do good, but you happen not to be Christian then you are out of luck.

>Of course all of this poppycock only works if you believe in your particular brand of magic. For the rest of us, the 90%+ of the world's population, what you do everyday counts. Live this life cause there isn't anything but worms afterwards.

You implied that Christians are saying one can commit various sins and say something like "It's okay - just convert on your death bed." Maybe I misunderstood you - but - that is definately NOT what I'm saying. I am saying that if one does truly repent on his death bed then, yes he is a Christian. HOWEVER, I am not condoning a life of sin in the hopes that one will have the opportunity to repent on his death bed. That is reckless and a lifestyle that I would not condone.

Are you really willing to base your entire life on what others think? It really doesn't matter if 90% of the world thinks as you do. Majority rule is not the way we should determine right and wrong thinking. Wasn't there a time when 90% of the world thought the Earth was flat?
