This is just bizarre. I don't have a Configuration entry on the Build menu and right clicking the Solution gives be Built, Rebuild Clean (the same as the Build menu) plus Project Dependencies, Build Order, Add, Set Startup Projects, Rename and Properties. Properties gives me Startup Project, Project Dependencies and Debug Source Files, which are nothing like what's shown in the help file. I'm at a total loss.
