Well, I'm not sure exactly what you mean. The data is decades worth of Government "Awards" (PO Items). The data format is an inherited, and brief version, of the DOD's data (from flat files circa the '60s). I have done a lot of normalization. And, while there is a little duplicated data, I'll be shot if I try to get rid of it (it's size is minor anyway).

But, if you mean, have I done something like separated addresses into components (number, street, etc.) into separate tables, the answer is yes.
