Yes, I see the layout of the report in the designer, as though it were MODIFY REPORT rather than REPORT FORM..? It looks to me that command did a MODIFY REPORT and then it closes it and then it did a preview.

And you only see this when REPORTBEHAVIOR 80? That's weird!
