Which has changed?
1. Canada is no longer the only one that the U.S can count on in time of need, or
2. Canada can no longer be counted on by the U.S. in time of need.

There were a lot of Canadian veterans taking a flight to europe. I'll always remeber those two old verterans who must have been in their 80's sitting to the opposite of me. I respectfully saluted them. They smiled back and appreciated the intention.
