Thank you Kevin, you answered my question just as I wanted it to be answered. I too have a backgroud in FoxPro. But It was with FoxPro 2.6. Since developing a car Lot application I have gone into computer support. However would like to get back into Development work. I wasn't sure if I should advance into Visual FoxPro or just take on a new language. Sounds like you are making the transition and your choice was a good one.
