I have seen it seriously asked if there would ever be a VFP for Windows CE. I used to laugh it off but I started thinking....hmmm....why not? If we got rid of a lot of the metadata constructs (like visual classes), got rid of some of the capabilities and restricted the open datasessions/tables, stuck with PRG files to minimize footprint, I don't see why some of the higher end CE machines (4-6MB) couldn't run an optimized VFP.
Of course, this would probably never be considered by MS as it doesn't fit in with the (unofficial) policy of "if it ain't VB or VC it ain't nothin".
