Have you upgraded to SP1? If you have, you should be able to solve the "toolbar can't get focus" issue. If you have not, there is no good way to solve it <s>. (Product bug, fixed in SP1.)

If you have upgraded to SP1 and still can't solve it, I'm not offering to debug your code <g>. But if you post a simple repro, maybe Colin or somebody will.
