Recently, I received a cold-call email for a person requesting my help in completing a hotel check-in software. He had once had another person start it, but it appears that person baled. The new application is clone (functionally, anyway) of an existing VB, I think) application. He is looking for some to evaluate the current incomplete application, offer a bid, and then, after selected, complete the VFP application.

I have  someone design a hotel motel management software for me on
Rentacoder. But he coulld not finish it. It needs some error correction
and some features implemantation. Can you give me some ideas if you can
finish it for me and approximate cost. 

(S)He has not elaborated on what the "error corrections" and "feature implementation" is.
